We teach small to medium size classes as well as private classes at both indoor and outdoor ranges in Riverside CA and Lake Havasu City AZ. I also have a classroom at both locations.
I don’t always publish my classes online as most are private or referrals. I like to tailor classes to the students’ needs and wants.
I am also a preferred partner with USCCA and teach their OPE classes at different hosted events.

What is the Arizona concealed carry class?
It satisfies the qualification for Arizona's CCW permit, which is reciprocated in 37 states (California is not one of them). It is a four-hour classroom course with no range time required, and the Arizona permit is good for five years.
What should I bring to class?
If you own a handgun, bring it along with 100 rounds of ammunition for it. If you have any questions before class, call ahead. If you do not own a handgun yet, call first and we will discuss your options.
What areas do you serve and how do I schedule?
We serve Riverside and the greater Inland Empire. We also serve Lake Havasu Ciyt AZ. To schedule a private appointment, call or text 951-500-8464 or email bob@firingdrill.com, and we will build a class around your schedule.
Do I need to own a gun to take a class?
No. Owning a handgun is not required to get started. The introductory class can teach you on a provided firearm or help you learn to safely run a gun you already own. If you do not own a handgun yet, call first and we will talk through your options.
How big are your classes?
Small and private. Most training runs on a referral basis and is kept confidential, because keeping classes small lets the instruction stay personal and tailored to your experience level rather than slowing to the pace of the largest group.
