About
Training Body and Mind to Respond
Firing Drill is a private personal-defense training practice serving Riverside and the greater Inland Empire in California, along with Lake Havasu City and the surrounding communities in Arizona. We help everyday people build the skills, judgment, and confidence to protect themselves and the people they love.
Our approach is simple: keep classes small and private so the training fits you, not the other way around. In a large group, a class slows to the pace of the least experienced student. One-on-one and small-group sessions let us tailor everything to your experience level and your goals.
Who We Train
New shooters and experienced ones. Couples who want to train together. Women-only classes, including for people who do not yet own a firearm and are not sure where to start. Tell us your schedule and what you want to accomplish, and we will build a class around it.
What We Cover
From your first introduction to a handgun through concealed carry, home defense, and multi-state permit qualification, training is hands-on and built around real-world self-defense rather than range tricks.

Weather conditions do not stop a class; I do however allow you to reschedule 48 hours prior to the start of class.
